Features
The admin done, and provable.
Nine capabilities. One of them is the part your clients see. The other eight run against your own book, which is where the hours actually go.
01 — The front door
Everything in, already clean.
Enquiries arrive structured and matched to a client you already hold, whichever channel they came through, and the book you bring across arrives the same way.
Intake
LiveStructured intake across every product line and every channel, running out of hours, with a broker takeover that freezes the AI mid-thread.
Forms
LiveA form builder for any product line, PDF and Word proposal forms turned into live forms, hosted white-label with branded auto-replies.
Smart importer
LiveUpload an OpenGI, Applied Relay or spreadsheet export and have the column mapping worked out for you, behind a review gate.
02 — Nothing missed
The work that runs without you.
Sweeps, deadlines and a daily read across the book. This is the part that happens while nobody is looking at the screen, which is the part that usually does not happen at all.
Radar
LiveA sweep across every channel every six hours, or on demand, that surfaces conversations which have gone quiet in either direction.
Renewals
Rolling outStatutory renewal and notice deadlines resolved to a date, counted backwards, and drafted early for a broker to approve.
Book signals
LiveA daily read across the whole book surfacing cross-sell gaps, dormant clients, insurer concentration and renewals worth a call.
03 — The work and the file
Answers, paperwork, evidence.
Ask the book a question, keep a claim in one place, and produce the document from the record rather than from a retyped copy.
Broker copilot
LivePlain-English questions over a brokerage’s live book, answered with the underlying clients and an optional drafted follow-up.
Case files
LiveCustomer, insurer and assessor threads on the same claim gathered into one matter, across whichever channel each party uses.
Documents
LiveFirm-controlled document templates filled from the client record and produced as PDFs, logged against the file.
Questions
What brokers ask first.
- What does AI Broker actually do for a brokerage?
- It runs the admin around broking. Enquiries are answered and structured across every channel, conversations that have gone quiet are surfaced, regulatory deadlines are counted back from and drafted for, the book is read daily for cross-sell gaps, and every action is logged. A licensed broker stays accountable for every consequential decision.
- Is this a chatbot?
- No. Answering enquiries is one of nine capabilities, and it is the only one a client ever sees. The rest run against the brokerage’s own book: sweeps for stalled conversations, statutory deadline tracking, daily book analysis, document generation and a queryable case file.
- Does Aoibhe make decisions on behalf of the broker?
- No. She gathers, cites, drafts and routes, and she never advises and never binds. Autonomous replying is off by default and enabled per channel, a broker replying freezes her on that thread, and claims involving injury, complaints with regulatory exposure and anything uncertain are escalated to a person.
- How long does it take to get started?
- About a week. Connect one channel, bring your book across from an export, and Aoibhe works real intake while you watch. A 30-minute call is effectively the whole sales process.
- Which markets does AI Broker serve?
- Independent and mid-market insurance brokerages in Ireland and the UK. The deadline rules are per-market, so Irish brokerages work to the Central Bank Consumer Protection Code and UK brokerages to the FCA and ICOBS obligations, on the same underlying audit trail.
