- Can I turn an existing PDF proposal form into an online form?
- Yes. Hand over a PDF or Word proposal form and you get a working draft form back, which you then adjust. The questions a brokerage needs are usually already written down; the problem is the format.
- Are the forms hosted on my own brand?
- Yes. Each form gets a hosted page carrying your logo, colours and wording, and it can be shared by link or QR code. The client sees your brokerage the whole way through.
- What happens after a client submits a form?
- The submission is structured, matched against your book and turned into work in the queue, and the client gets an immediate branded acknowledgement written in your words. If they reply to that acknowledgement, the reply joins the same conversation.
- Can questions change depending on earlier answers?
- Yes. Conditional questions appear only when a previous answer calls for them, which keeps a commercial form from asking a client twelve questions that do not apply to them.
