Nothing sits unanswered.

Radar sweeps every channel and every open task on a six-hour cycle, or the moment you press the button. Conversations that have gone quiet come back as a worklist instead of a feeling that something has been forgotten.

Two clocks, always running.

A client waiting on your answer is one kind of problem. A thread where you are waiting on the client, and nobody has chased, is another. Radar watches silence running in both directions and surfaces it before it turns into a lost client or a complaint.

Every channel, one sweep.

WhatsApp, email, web chat and forms are scanned together. A conversation that started on a form and drifted to WhatsApp is one thread to Radar. Split across two systems, the gap in it is invisible.

On demand, when you want to know now.

The six-hour cycle covers the ordinary week. Before a Monday meeting, or the morning after a busy weekend, one button re-sweeps the whole book. Scoped to your brokerage, never anyone else’s.

It surfaces. It never contacts.

Radar produces a worklist, and the actions available on it are dismiss, snooze and open the thread. It does not message a client, and it does not decide on your behalf that something is dead.

Questions

Radar, in detail.

How often does Radar sweep the book?
Every six hours automatically, and immediately whenever a broker runs a sweep by hand. The manual sweep covers the whole book and is scoped to your brokerage only.
What does Radar actually flag?
Conversations that have gone quiet in either direction: a client waiting on a reply from the brokerage, and a thread where the brokerage is waiting on the client and nobody has followed up. Both are surfaced as items on a worklist with the channel and the age of the silence.
Does Radar contact clients on its own?
No. Radar is a detection layer, not a sending one. It surfaces the item and a broker decides whether to dismiss it, snooze it or open the conversation.
Which channels does Radar cover?
All of them: WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, the web chat widget and web forms. Because every channel writes into the same queue, a conversation that moved between channels is still one thread.
Is this the same thing as lead scoring?
No. Radar reports on elapsed time and open state. It does not predict which enquiries are worth money. It tells you what has been sitting, and for how long, and leaves the judgement to the broker.
