Broker copilot
LiveAsk your book a question.
Instead of specifying a report and waiting for it, ask. The copilot answers in plain English over your live data and hands back the clients behind the answer, not only the number.
- Which commercial clients renew in 30 days with no email?
- 7 clients renew before 9 Aug with no email on file
- 4 have a mobile number on record
- Draft the request? — broker approves
- NO AUTO-SEND
Questions, not report specifications.
“Which commercial clients renew in the next thirty days with no email on file” is a question you can ask directly. Nobody builds a report, nobody exports to a spreadsheet, and the answer reflects the book as it stands this morning.
The clients behind the number.
A count on its own is trivia. The answer comes with the actual clients in it, so your next step is a worklist and not a second question.
It reads your own material.
Answers are grounded in your policies, your correspondence and your knowledge base. Not in generic insurance text found on the open web. When the copilot cites something, it is a document your firm wrote.
It drafts. It does not send.
Ask it to write the follow-up and it writes the follow-up. What happens to that draft is entirely your decision, and there is no path by which the copilot puts a message in front of a client on its own.
Questions
Broker copilot, in detail.
- What can I ask the broker copilot?
- Questions over your own book: which policies renew this month, which clients hold one product and not another, what the brokerage already did for a similar risk, where contact details are missing. The answer includes the underlying clients as well as the total.
- Does the copilot send messages to clients?
- No. It can draft a reply, a renewal note or a summary, and the draft stays with the broker. Sending is a separate decision made by a person.
- Where do the answers come from?
- Your live data and your own documents, inside your own tenant. Answers are grounded in policies, correspondence and knowledge-base material your firm supplied. Generic insurance content from the open web does not come into it.
- Do I need to know how to write a query?
- No. Questions are asked in ordinary English. The point of the copilot is to remove the step where somebody who knows the reporting tool has to be available before a question can be answered.
